Guests can cancel until 7 days before the class start time for a full refund, or within 24 hours of booking as long as the booking is made more than 48 hours before the start time. After that, we will not accept any type of cancellation, since our team will already have everything organized to guarantee an amazing experience. *Exceptions: For cancelation or rescheduling requests due to severe illness or accident preventing a guest to attend/participate in the excursion/experience, we’ll need a medical certificate from the health center.
